(“GO Home Builders,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. WHAT THIS WEBSITE IS

This website is an informational and marketing resource. Nothing on it is an offer, a bid, a proposal, or a contract for construction, design, or any other service.

GO Home Builders is a licensed California general contractor, CSLB License #1076807. All design and construction work we perform is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by you and by us. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.

3. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Our guides, articles, calculators, permitting explainers, and project pages are general information. They are not construction, engineering, architectural, legal, insurance, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for a licensed professional reviewing your specific property.

Building codes, permit processes, and government rebuild programs change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. Information that was accurate when published may not be accurate today. Do not rely on this website in place of confirming current requirements with the agency having jurisdiction over your property.

4. ESTIMATES, PRICING, AND PROJECT INFORMATION

Any pricing, timeline, square footage, or dimension shown on this website — including in our portfolio, calculators, or guides — is illustrative and approximate. Actual figures depend on your site, your scope, your selections, and conditions we cannot know in advance. No number on this website is a quote.

Past project results do not guarantee future results. Every project is different.

5. CONTACT FORMS, CALLS, AND TEXT MESSAGES

When you submit a form, request an estimate, or otherwise contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and you consent to be contacted by GO Home Builders about your inquiry.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any text from us. For help, reply HELP. Opting out of marketing does not stop communications necessary to an active project.

6. CLIENT PORTAL

If we provide you access to a client portal, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at CONTACT@GOHOMEBUILDERS.COM if you believe your account has been compromised.

The portal is a convenience tool for sharing documents, selections, and updates. It is not the contract. Approvals, change orders, and scope changes are governed by your signed agreement, and no communication through the portal modifies that agreement unless the agreement expressly says so.

We may suspend or discontinue the portal at any time. If we do so during an active project, your signed agreement continues to govern the project in full and we will provide project communication by other means.

7. REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you post a review, comment, photo, or other content to this website, you confirm that it reflects your own firsthand experience and that it does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or discriminatory, and does not include another person’s private information without their permission.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with our business.

We may decline to post, or may remove, any submission at our discretion. We do not endorse user submissions and are not responsible for them.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content on this website — text, photographs, project imagery, guides, logos, and design — is owned by GO Home Builders or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view it and share links to it. You may not republish, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHY

Project photographs on this website are published with the property owner’s permission. Permission to photograph and publish any project is addressed in your signed agreement with us, not here. If you are a client and would like your project removed from our website, contact us and we will remove it.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This website links to third-party sites, including social media, review platforms, and government resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

11. DISCLAIMER REGARDING THE WEBSITE

It does not limit and is not intended to limit any obligation GO Home Builders owes under a signed design or construction agreement, under our contractor’s license, or under any provision of California law that cannot be waived by agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful injury, or violation of law.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and GO Home Builders each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Please check back periodically.

15. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through this website.

16. SEVERABILITY
